Wild beach– 4 km through the forest, 15 minutes by bike.
The house overlooks Lake Kołczewo. Surrounded by
thick trees, it goes toward the beach through gradual
bluff. The simple block and wooden elevation
create a perfect harmony with nature.

The house is naturally warm in winter and chill in summer and it patinates very artlessly. The solid wooden walls cumulate the heat and regulate the humidity. Just to be on the safe side, we overlay them with woolen cover and with the cedar elevation. In a few years the house will be sprinkled with grey and will look as if it was here forever. The humble block hides rich interior: the living room with high kitchen overlooking the terrace and the lake in the aluminum window frame. The maintenance of such luxury is very cheap as there is the heat pump powering the house from underneath and on the roof the solar panels catch the rays of the sun. You buy a house which is ready to live in, with floors, furnished bathrooms, kitchen and sauna, only your furniture.
